Het heeft 8 2500sqft bureau/pakhuiseenheden, 6 waarvan bij ongeveer $1000 elk worden verhuurd. De jaarlijkse uitgaven (belasting, verzekering, onderhoud) zijn een tad minder dan $13.000. Ik controleerde het belastingslid van het evaluatieteam en het land is $9.000 waard en het gebouw is $330.000 waard
De eigenaar vraagt $600.000 en I haven' t dat aan hem nog wordt gesproken. De meesten van dat ik aan hypotheek nodig zou hebben.
